PROCUREMENT OF  HONING MACHINE WEAPON DIVISION - PT. PINDAD (PERSERO)

Weapons Division as one of the production division of PT. Pindad (Persero) which is engaged in the manufacture of Assault Rifle, are inviting company/manufacturer of Deep Hole Drilling machine maker to follow the process of qualifying the procurement of 1 (one) unit of  Honing Machine.

Machine specification required is:

a.   Barrel length                               :     1200 mm

b.   Strocke length                            :     1500 mm

c.   Diameter nominal                       :     7 90 mm

d.   Number of Spindle                     :     3

e.   Surface finish                             :     0,1 0,2 µm

f.    Cycle time                                  :     240 sec

g.   Model                                         :     Rotary table

h.   Integrated cleaning                    :     Centrifugal

i.    Speed                                         :     40 m/min

j.    Spindle drive                              :     Servo motor

k.   Control                                       :     CNC Fanuc/ Sinumeric

1. Pre-machining                            :     Deep hole drilling

I.    Requirements for companies that can follow the prequalification :

• Company/manufacturer not currently in the custody of the court, not bankruptcy, business activity is not being discontinued, and/or not currently undergoing criminal sanctions
• Have a good performance and are not included in the black list in PT. Pindad (Persero) or in an institution or another company
 
• Company/manufacturer has the capability to provide service in the form of training for operation and maintenance
 
• Could have international experience especially in supplying machine for weapons industry.
