Aslog Polri reviews Pindad’s readiness to support National Police

CEO of PT Pindad (Persero), Abraham Mose welcomed a visit from the Assistant Chief of the National Police for Logistics (Aslog Kapolri), Inspector General of Police Drs. Firman Shantyabudi; Karojianstra Slog Polri, Brigadier General Pol Drs. Budi Siswanto and his staff are located at Auditorium of Pindad Bandung on Thursday, August 12, 2021. The purpose of this visit is to review the readiness of PT Pindad (Persero) both from production facilities, production activities and product-related developments to support the needs of the Police. The visit was also attended by the Director of Defense and Security Products Business; Wijil Jadmiko Budi, Director of Technology and Development; Ade Bagdja, Director of Industrial Products Business; Suharyono, Director of Business Strategy; Syaifuddin and related VP GM ranks.

In his remarks, Abraham Mose welcomed and expressed his gratitude for the visit of Aslog Polri and his staff and expressed his hope for increased cooperation and support for the National Police.

"We hope that with this visit, you can get to know us and our facilities, as well as what cooperation and support that Pindad can provide to the National Police. We hope that there will be opportunities to support the fulfillment of the needs of the National Defense and Security Guards." explained Abraham Mose.

Aslog Polri, Inspector General of Police Drs. Firman Shantyabudi expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome of CEO and the Board of Directors and also VP GM of PT Pindad (Persero). Especially on this visit, Aslog Polri also invited the Mobile Brigade unit (Brimob) to visit PT Pindad (Persero) to directly review and test the various products needed.

"We hope that cooperation and support from the domestic defense industry can be realized for the National Police, because this is in line with the President's directive to promote domestic products and production. In this case, we hope that PT Pindad can meet the needs of security and security guards through a range of products and innovations carried out." explained Inspector General Pol Drs. Shantyabudi's words.

The activity was then continued with a brief description of PT Pindad (Persero)'s product profile by the Director of Defense and Security Products Business, Wijil Jadmiko Budi which ended with a discussion session.

Aslog Polri and his staff then had the opportunity to visit the production facilities of weapons products and visit the special vehicle division of PT Pindad (Persero). Ending the visit, Aslog Polri and his staff tested PT Pindad (Persero)'s superior weapons products.
