Indonesian Defence Attache and Matra Attache visit Pindad

CEO of PT Pindad (Persero), Abraham Mose accompanied by the Chief Business of Defense and Security Products officer, Wijil Jadmiko Budi and Chief of Business Strategy officer, Syaifuddin welcomed the visit of 54 candidates for Defense Attache (Athan) and Attaché Matra (Atad, Atal, Atud) of the Republic of Indonesia led by Deputy Head of the TNI Strategic Intelligence Agency (Wakabais), Major General TNI Achmad Riad, SIP; Director F Bais TNI, Marsma TNI M. Tawakal S. Sidik, S.E., M.Han along with the ranks of BAIS TNI officials which was held on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at the Pindad Head Office in Bandung.

The purpose of this visit is to obtain briefings from strategic industries in Indonesia in order to find out what are the achievements so far, what collaborations have been carried out and the company's plans in the future.

CEO of PT Pindad (Persero), Abraham Mose expressed his gratitude for the visit of the Deputy Chief of Staff of the TNI and the Athan and Atmat RI candidates. Abraham said that the candidate for the Indonesian ambassador was also given knowledge about PT Pindad's products, both defense and industrial products.

“We have just held a video conference with 33 candidates for the Indonesian Ambassador who also want to receive provisions about Pindad products. In addition to their products, they also want to know about dealing in their business, payment systems, product sales policies, and others. Our meeting this afternoon may not be far from that, related to Pindad's defense and security products and industrial products. We ask for input or direction for Pindad's steps in the future, what Pindad support is needed for you, because we must continue to improve ourselves in order to introduce our products to the global world, "said Abraham.

In his remarks, Wakabais, Major General TNI Achmad Riad expressed his gratitude for the welcome given by Pindad. Major General TNI Achmad Riad said Athan needed information and enlightenment related to strategic industries in Indonesia.

“These Athan candidates need information and enlightenment related to strategic industries in Indonesia. We certainly hope that Indonesia will progress further, considering that Indonesian products are already worldwide and how it is time for us to continue. We are ready to fight to build cooperation, open opportunities and support the Indonesian industry to be more advanced," he said.

As it is known that Athan and the Indonesian Dimension Attaché will be stationed in various countries in the world, including Saudi Arabia, India, Australia, the United States, Egypt, Fiji, New Zealand, Germany, Turkey, Papua New Guinea, France, Nigeria, Thailand, Timor. Leste, Singapore, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Brunei Darussalam, United Kingdom, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Serbia, Philippines, People's Republic of China, Russia, Italy, South Africa, Vietnam, Iran, Netherlands, Myanmar, Korea, Japan, Poland, Spain, Brazil, and others.
