Defense Attache of France reviews Pindad production facilities, discuss future potential plan

CEO of PT Pindad (Persero), Abraham Mose warmly welcomed the visit from the Defense Attaché of France; Colonel Sven Meic & Deputy Defense Attache Colonel (Eng.) David Cordier accompanied by Assistant Defense Attache; Fitrie Djohardnie on Thursday, December 2, 2021, in the Board of Directors' Meeting Room, Pindad Office, Bandung. The visit was also attended by the Chief of Business Strategy of PT Pindad (Persero); Syaifuddin & VP of Business Development; Yayat Ruyat.

The purpose of this visit is to further review the capacity of Indonesian defense industry and find out what kind of cooperation exists between PT Pindad (Persero) and French companies. During the visit, the Defense Attaché (Athan) of France also wanted to see the extent of the existing cooperation in order to see the potential of Pindad both in terms of marketing, cooperation and product development in the international arena. In addition, the visit to PT Pindad (Persero) was intended to review France's Nexter cooperation related to Komodo 4X4 Special Vehicle.

Collaboration with various French companies has supported the improvement of product quality and product development of PT Pindad (Persero),” explained Abraham.

In his remarks Colonel Sven Meic was confident that he could establish various strategic partnerships in the future. “We are sure that we can work together and share many experiences here,” Col. Sven Meic explained.

After listening to a brief description of Pindad's profile, this activity was then continued by visiting the production facilities of PT Pindad (Persero).
