Public Bureau of The Ministry of Defense & National Media conduct Defence Tour to Pindad

The Head of the Public Relations Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia (Karo Humas Setjen Kemhan RI), Marsma TNI Penny Radjendra, S.T., M.Sc accompanied by the ranks of Public Relations officials of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Defense and the national media conducted a Defense Tour on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at the Head Office Pindad Bandung. This visit was welcomed by the CEO of PT Pindad (Persero), Abraham Mose, Chief Business of Defense and Security officer of PT Pindad (Persero), Wijil Jadmiko as well as VPs and GMs.

The Defense Tour activity aims to build public awareness about the results of defense industry development.

Abraham Mose expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the visit made by Karo Humas Kemhan and staff. Abraham conveyed that this Defense Tour is a good socialization forum to socialize the development of the defense industry.

"Thank you for visiting Karo Humas Kemhan. The purpose of conducting this Defense Tour is a matter of pride for Pindad because there is socialization to be able to convey matters related to Pindad products to support national defense. " Said Abraham.

Karo Humas Setjen Kemhan RI, Marsma TNI Penny Radjendra, S.T., M.Sc expressed his gratitude for the acceptance of Pindad. Penny Radjendra explained that Defense Tour visits to several defense industry companies were a forum to show that Indonesia is an independent country in the production of defense and security equipment.

"The purpose of this visit is to focus, raise advocates' defense. It shows that Indonesia's defense has made a lot of progress, one of which is from Pindad to be able to be narrated more broadly for the public, nationally and internationally. " Said Penny.

Penny Randjendra hopes that fellow journalists can become an extension in providing information in an effort to independence the defense industry.

After listening to the explanation about Pindad, the activity was then continued by visiting the production facilities for defense and security and industrial products, and continued with shooting.
