BUMN Hadir untuk Negeri: PT Pindad Celebrates The 70th Independence Day of Indonesia

Took place in the Head Quarter of PT Pindad (Persero), the Management along with the employee of the Company celebrate the 70th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia. The celebration is started with a flag raising ceremony. Wahyu Utomo, Director Operation of Industrial Product, who acts as inspector, delivers the speech of Minister of SOE that emphasizes the importance of commitment and synergy of SOE to develop the nation. This commitment is initiated through the program of BUMN Hadir untuk Negeri. The synergy and collaboration amid the business entity, especially inter-SOE, are inevitable to promote a significant SOE growth., says Wahyu. On this occassion, PT Pindad takes part by providing affordable basic commodities and additional facilities for Vocational School (SMK).

PT Pindad (Persero) consistently develop and bring positive contribution to society who live around the Companys operational location. In line with the program of BUMN Hadir untuk Negeri, PT Pindad (Persero) conducts a provision of basic commodities after the flag ceremony. The event which is also opened by Wahyu Utomo is aimed to be a present for the society. This event is one of the events in celebrating the 70th anniversary of Independence day of Indonesia. We would like to give 200 packages of aid. We hope that this would be an aid for the society, Wahyu continues.

PT Pindad (Persero) gives 200 packages of basic commodities which consist of cooking oil, rice, and sugar. This event get peoples interest as indicated by the packages which out in no time and added on another excitement.

BUMN Hadir untuk Negeri is a series of activity which are initiated by The Ministry of SOE and participated by 119 SOE as well as be held simultaneously in 34 provinces in Indonesia. Some of the activities are affordable basic commidities provision, aid of additional facilites for Vocational Schools and Healthy Walk.
