AKHLAK has become a corporate culture based on the issuance of a Circular Letter of the Ministry of SOEs Number: SE-7/MBU/07/2020 on July 1, 2020 concerning on the core values of Human Resource of SOEs and the Decree of the Directors of PT Pindad (Persero) Number: Skep/25/P/BD/IX/2020 concerning Corporate Culture Values of PT Pindad (Persero).

1. Amanah, upholding the trust given.

Behavioral guidelines:

2. Competent, continue to learn and develop capabilities.

3. Harmonious, caring for each other and respecting differences.

Behavioral guidelines:

a. Respect everyone regardless of their background

b. Likes to help others

c. Build a conducive work environment


4. Loyal, dedicated and prioritizing the interests of the Nation and the Country.

Behavioral guidelines:

a. Maintain the good name of fellow employees, leaders, SOEs and the Country

b. Willing to sacrifice to achieve a greater goal

c. Obey the leadership as long as it is not against the law and ethics


5. Adaptive, Continue to innovate and be enthusiastic in moving or facing change.
