Work visit Danpussenkav to Pindad, review Special Vehicle production facilities

CEO of PT Pindad (Persero), Abraham Mose welcomed a visit from the Commander of Cavalry Weapons Center (Danpussenkav) Kodiklatad, Major General Sulaiman Agusto accompanied by Wadanpussenkav; Brigadier General Bambang Supardi, Ir Pussenkav; Brigadier General Yotanabe, Dirum Pussenkav; Brigadier General Hendrichus Joko, Dirsen Pussenkav; Brigadier General Tatang Budiman and his staff are located at the Auditorium of Pindad Bandung on Tuesday, August 10, 2021. The purpose of this visit is to review production facilities and production developments, especially special vehicle products to support Pussenkav. The visit was also attended by the Chief Business of Defense and Security Products Officer; Wijil Jadmiko Budi, Chief of Technology and Development Officer; Ade Bagdja, Chief Business of Industrial Products Officer; Suharyono and related VP GM ranks.

In his remarks, Abraham Mose warmly welcomed and expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the visit of Danpussenkav and his staff and hoped for input to improve Pindad's products.

"It is such a pride for us for the visit of Danpussenkav and ranks as the main users of Pindad products, especially Special Vehicles, weapons and munitions products. Today we will show you the production facilities, the production process and results, and of course we need input and direction on what we just need to improve so that we can support the TNI, especially Pussenkav." Abraham explained in his speech.

Danpussenkav, Maj. Gen. Sulaiman Agusto expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome of the Board of Director of Pindad and staffs. He said that the TNI supports advancing the defense industry so that it does not depend on imports or foreign products.

"We are capable, if we can implemented in Indonesia especially Pindad, why not. The TNI, including the Army, supports domestic defense industry so that we don't depend on other countries and need to produce our own defense equipment. We provide input to Pindad, so that we can maximize the maximum quality and usage time," said TNI Major General Sulaiman Agusto said.

Entourage of Pussenkav then carried out to Special Vehicle Division and Weapons Division production facilities visit.

Danpussenkav and his staff had the opportunity to review various combat vehicles, then watch the parade of special vehicle defiles and try to drive the special vehicles of PT Pindad (Persero). Before closing his visit, Danpussenkav and his entourage visited the display of weapons products and tried to shoot using Pindad's superior weapons.
