Delegation of Jordanian Police review defense and security product of Pindad

Chief of Technology & Development of PT Pindad (Persero), Sigit P. Santosa accompanied by VP of Innovation, Windhu Paramarta welcomed a visit from Head Delegation of the Jordanian Police, Mr. Eng. Jamal E’ Layan Saleh Abu Shqeer, Secretary II of the Economic Fuction of Indonesian Embassy in Amman, Kingdom of Jordan Hasyimiah Concurrently the State of Palestine, Rizaldi Ishak and entourage of Jordanian Police along with Ministry of Foreign Affairs Indonesia on Monday, October 25, 2021 at Pindad Office Bandung.

The purpose of this visit is to know more about Indonesian defense industry and look for potential cooperation that can be carried out between Jordan and Indonesia through Pindad.

In his speech, Sigit P. Santosa expressed his appreciation, gratitude and his pride for the visit of Delegation of Jordanian Police to Pindad. Sigit hopes that from this meeting both parties can discuss plans for cooperation in defense and security products, in order to improve the bilateral relations that have been very well established between Indonesia and Jordan so far.

Mr. Eng. Jamal E’ Layan Saleh Abu Shqeer said that currently the defense in Jordan use various types of weapons and munitions, so he hopes that with today’s visit Jordan and Indonesia through PT Pindad (Persero) will have the opportunity to discuss on what cooperation can be implemented.

Delegation of Jordanian Police along with officials from Indonesian Embassy in Amman and Ministry of Foreign Affairs then visited the production facilities of Special Vehicle division and tested the performance of Pindad’s weapons by shooting.
