CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Sigit P. Santosa was born in Pacitan, completed his Bachelor degree at Bandung Institute of Technology majoring Mechanical Engineering (1991), continued his education at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, United States of America and completed his Masters (1997) and Doctoral (1999) programs . Prior to occupying his current position, Sigit P. Santosa had served as Deputy CEO concurrently as Chief Technology and Development Officer (2023), General Motors Co, USA held the position of EGM in product development for EV/PHEV vehicles (2010-2013), then joined staff at ITB since 2014 and serves as Director of the ITB Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Institute (LPIK-ITB) from 2018 to 2021 and appointed as Chief of Technology and Development Officer of PT Pindad from 2021 to 2024.

Prima Kharisma was born in Malang. He completed his bachelor's degree at Brawijaya University majoring in Chemistry (2007), a master's program in Explosive Ordnance Engineering (2015) and a doctoral study program in Defense and Security (2023) at Cranfield University, England. In 2023, he served as Vice President of Quality Assurance & K3LH. Then served as Vice President of Innovation & Product Development.

Hera Rosmiati was born in Bandung. Completed her education at the Bandung Institute of Technology, Bachelor's degree majoring in Chemistry (2010), and continued her master education majoring in Materials Engineering Science (2016). Previously served as Weapons & Special Vehicle Quality Manager (2020). Then she became Quality Engineering Manager (2021-2023), and in 2024 she became Vice President of Quality Assurance & K3LH.
Hera Rosmiati was appointed as Chief of Production Officer based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number: SK-300/MBU/12/2024 and Main Director of the Company (Persero) PT Len Industri as Shareholder of PT Pindad Number: 009/KRUPS/LEN-PINDAD/XII/2024 dated December 16, 2024.

Kemal Sudiro appointed as Chief Finance Officer, Risk Management & HR through the Decree of the Minister of SOEs number SK-14/MBU/01/2023.
CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
Budhiarto was born in Bandung, completed bachelor of Management Education at STIE Dharma Negara and Master of HR Management at STIE Indonesia School of Management, Tangerang. Budhiarto has worked at PT Pindad by holding several strategic positions including General Manager of Ammunitions, Vice President of Supply Chain and President Director of Pindad’s subsidiary, PT Pindad Enjiniring Indonesia.
