President Director of Pindad Opened Industrial Introduction Course Programs for the New Prospective

President Director of PT. Pindad (Persero), Abraham Mose together with the Director of Technology & Development, Ade Bagdja and the Director of Finance & Administration, Wildan Arief officially opened the Industrial Introduction Course 2019 (Susnalind) of PT Pindad (Persero) prospective new employees in 2019. The event was attended by 27 participants and held in the Training Hall Pindad Bandung on Friday, September 6th, 2019. Prospective employees are participants of a recruitment program by the Ministry of BUMN.

President Director, Abraham Mose said that entry competition in Pindad was very competitive with thousands of applicants who registered.

"Pindad is the only BUMN in Indonesia that manufactures defense equipment for the military, police and others. It's not easy to get in and work at Pindad, don't think about stepping stones because behind you, thousands of people registered, "Abraham said.

Abraham advised that participants work earnestly to develop the company to the global level.

"So if you have entered, you must really work according to their respective fields, show your achievements because of your ideals. The motivation is not only to be an engineer, a financial person, a legal person and so on, but it must be Pindad's future president. Why? Because Pindad needs you, young people, to develop Pindad internationally. That is the Vision and Mission of Pindad which has been stated in our RJPP, we don't just do bussiness locally but go global, "Abraham said.

"Once you join Pindad, you must have work militancy, enthusiasm for work, be able to get along, respect your superiors, guide subordinates so that you can truly make a positive contribution to the company. Why does the company have a target every year? Because the name of the company must be profitable, there must be activities that must be produced, "continued Abraham.

Participants will take part in the Susnalind programs for the next few weeks and will later attend education and training in military education institutions for 1 month to train theirself mentally, discipline and work militancy.
