CEO of PT Pindad Welcome Ambassador of Malaysia & Defense Attache

CEO of PT Pindad, Abraham Mose accompanied by Chief Commercial Officer, Atih Nurhayati received a visit from the Malaysian Ambassador to Indonesia, Dato' Syed Mohamad Hasrin Aidid and the Malaysian Defense Attache, Brigadier General Azrin Iskandar bin Zulkaply along with the delegation on Wednesday, 03 May 2023 in the Auditorium Room PT Pindad, Bandung.

The purpose of the Malaysian Delegation's visit to PT Pindad was to learn about defense industry production and see firsthand production facilities and products owned by defense industry companies in Indonesia.

The visiting activity began with a welcome and hospitality by the CEO of PT Pindad, Abraham Mose. He expressed his appreciation and gratitude for his willingness and time to visit PT Pindad to the Malaysian Delegation consisting of the Malaysian Ambassador and the Malaysian Defense Attache.

"PT Pindad has the ability to produce and develop security and defense products such as weapons, combat vehicles and ammunition as well as industrial products such as heavy equipment, transportation infrastructure and agricultural equipment. PT Pindad is also one of the companies incorporated in Holding Defend ID. We hope that today's discussion will yield beneficial results for the bilateral relations between the two countries.” explained Abraham Mose.

The Ambassador of Malaysia to Indonesia, Dato' Syed Mohamad Hasrin Aidid as the head of the delegation expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome given by PT Pindad and conveyed his congratulations to PT Pindad which has just entered its 40th year.

"PT Pindad is a leading defense industry company in Indonesia and is well known globally. Indonesia-Malaysia cooperation in the world of defense has been established for a long time and hopefully it will continue to increase and get stronger. Indonesia - Malaysia have also signed an MoU on cooperation in the defense sector like in 2018." Dato' Syed Mohamad Hasrin Aidid explained.
