Based on the provisions of Article 10 paragraph (1) the Corruption Eradication Commission of The Republic of Indonesia (KPK) regulation Number 07 of 2016 concerning Procedures for Registration, Announcement, and Examination of State Administrators Assets (hereinafter referred as KPK Regulation No. 07 of 2016), it is stated that State Administrators has an obligation to carry out the LHKPN Announcement no later than 2 (two) months after submitting the LHKPN. This announcement is a form of transparency and accountability from the State Administration in carrying out its duties. PT. Pindad (Persero) includes this e-LHKPN link as a form of compliance to official laws.

Furthermore, in Article 10 paragraph (2) letter b Per KPK No. 07 of 2016, it is stated that LHKPN Announcement can be carried out through the official announcement of the agency. This law aims to facilitate the State Administrators in fulfilling their obligations. By applying this e-LKHPN on the official website, PT. Pindad (Persero) displays information on announcements of Assets on State Administrators.
