ERP Go Live Event of Industrial Machinery and Services Division

Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) which had entered the third stage at PT Pindad (Persero) was ready to be implemented at Industrial Machinery and Services Division. It was officially started with ERP Go Live of Industrial Machinery and Services Division event on Tuesday February 11^th, 2014. This event was attended by Head Division of Industrial Machinery and Services Division Rochim Irawadhy, Head of Organization and System Department Amalia Maya Fitri, all Head Divisions of Industrial Machinery and Services Division, Key Users, and Industrial Machinery and Services Division key user representation.

If we looked back to the beginning point, the ERP Implementation Kick Off event back on July 2013, Industrial Machines and Services Division had gone through seven months to successfully Go Live in February 11^th, 2014, although ERP system had been ready to work starting February 10^th, 2014.

One achievement that could be proud of Industrial Machinery and Services Division was the spirit of the key users on the master data making process, training, until the Go Live event always well maintained. The enormous spirit was also seen from the end user passing grade that could reach the quite high point, 87,6. This result was indicated that the key users of Industrial Machinery and Services Division were qualified and able to teach well and affected the master data that could be finished before February 10^th, 2014.

That high spirit was led Industrial Machinery and Services Division successfully met the target to Go Live right at the time which had determined before. But, this achievement was only the beginning because the long journey toward the better Industrial Machinery and Services Division just started. Go Mijas! (Anggia)
