Governor of West Java Launch Stungta x Pindad, Smokeless Incinerator & Water Purifier

Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil, launched Stungta x Pindad, eco-friendly incinerator on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at the Pakuan Building Bandung. The event was attended by the Regent of Bandung, Dadang Nasser, Chief Business of Industrial Products of PT Pindad (Persero), Heri Heriswan and GM of Industrial Equipment and Services, Wiweka Hernadi and also Director of PT Top Tekno Indo (Hejotekno), Betha Kurniawan.

Stungta x Pindad is a solution in handling waste problems by using smokeless incinerator technology, a waste burning machine that adopts eco-friendly and energy efficiency technology. Heri Heriswan in his remarks said that Stungta x Pindad is an innovative solution that is beneficial for the environment and ready for mass produce.

“Stungta x Pindad is a part of an innovative solution for handling waste that is eco-friendly. We fully support the innovation and ready to produce together as soon as possible to improve our environment in various regions of the country,” said Heri Heriswan.

The presence of this product can improve environmental quality, social development and health especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Heri also appreciates the full support from the West Java Provincial Government, for the Governor, the Regional Government of Bandung Regency and the Regent so that innovative products can also be used to overcome environmental problems in Indonesia.

With the presence of this product, it is time for waste from the upstream level to be segregated economically, organic and inorganic for further use, then the waste residue is destroyed through this machine, thereby reducing the burden of sending problematic waste to the TPA.

The collaboration between Pindad and Hejotekno begun with the signing of the MoU on February 26, 2020 related to the production cooperation of Stungta, product sales, certification activities and other business activities.

The advantages of Stungta x Pindad Eco-friendly : This incinerator does not produce smoke and other hazardous substances because it has gone through a double burner, filter and smoke treatment.

Energy Saving : Stungta x Pindad Incinerator is an appropriate technology for minimizing waste problems with the Furnace & Water Treatment System so it is very efficient in fuel use.

Continuous system : The input of waste in combustion can be carried out continuously, which is different from other incinerators that use the open and close system of the combustion chamber door which requires the burner to be turned off and cooled down when new waste enter.

Complete Combustion : With a room temperature of 800-1200 ?C that can destroy almost all types of dry and wet waste, minimizing to ± 5% of the initial volume of waste.

Compact & Portable System: Stungta Incinerator has a concept of convenience in field applications, because it has a compact design, small size and ease of mobilization with an independent power source (genset)

Ease of Operation: Stungta x Pindad – smokeless incinerator has the concept of ease of operation, with the advantages of ergonomic design and ease of operation making it easier for operators to carry out work processes.
