Today Pindad Applies Work From Home

In anticipation of the spread of the Covid-19 virus, starting March 18, 2020 Pindad will implement Work From Home (WFH), as stipulated in PT Pindad (Persero) Circular Letter Number: SE / 2 / P / BD / III / 2020 dated March 17, 2020 about anticipating the spread of the Corona virus (Covid-19) in the corporate environment.

The WFH was conducted at the direction of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Joko Widodo on March 15, 2020 and the Circular of the Minister of SOE Number: SE-1 / MBU / 03/2020 on March 3, 2020 concerning Precautions for the Spread of Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19).

WFH is an activity carried out according to the target, coordinating, meeting, and other tasks of the employee's residence. WFH in Pindad agreed with arrangements that have been replaced by changing to support the company.

WFH applies to employees who spend 50 years or more and have a high-risk publication of chronic diseases. Indicated by fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath or other chronic diseases. Have children and be able to prove registered child care program and issue a letter / announcement related child care holidays. Have a trip abroad or currently on a business trip abroad.

WFH scheme, employees do attendance before and after office hours via email / sms / whatsapp and approved by the Direct Supervisor, must immediately respond to the direction of the leadership within 30 minutes at the latest, ask for help with work and work results, must use at home during working hours except in agreed circumstances and during business hours must activate via the "Live 360" application or share location directly through other applications. Employees can also use various applications such as whatsapp, telegram, skype and others to facilitate work coordination.
