31 Years of PT Pindad (Persero) : Toward The Excellent Company

On 29th of April, 2014, PT Pindad (Persero) was celebrated its 31st anniversary. For the age that successfully through three decades, the anniversary was celebrated with a simple celebration which held at Directorate Field of PT Pindad (Persero) and was themed Corporate Culture Transformation, The Big Step Toward Excellent Pindad. This event was attended by Board of Commissioner, Board of Directors, the high level officials, and all the employee of PT Pindad (Persero).

Series of events were began with a Memorial Ceremony of the 31st anniversary of PT Pindad (Persero) then proceeded to field Directorate to continue the celebrations. On his speech, President Director said that on this mature age, the challenges would become heavier and the Board of Directors were hoping the real synergy from official until executor level, so that the good

cooperation would be formed and the challenges could be faced together.

This years PT Pindad (Persero) anniversary celebration was celebrated with some series of events since the end of April such as Khitanan Massal which held at Al-Fitrah Mosque of PT Pindad (Persero) and involving children that lives around PT Pindad (Persero) surroundings. Fun walk and aerobic event that cooperated with Pindad Hospital were held along with bonuses drawing and tree planting for green and healthier environment.

The top event series was enlivened by spiritual talk by Ustadz Aam Amirudin, traditional procession of the anniversary commemoration, social event that cooperated with Partnership and Community Development program to six villages and schools, inauguration of one of Special  Vehicle Division production facilities 84C building, and ended by the entertainment performances by Coffee Cat and Punk-Cut bands, and some performances  by Pindad employees. 

Based on the theme, the anniversary commemoration that has been through three decades was expected to bring PT Pindad (Persero) far ahead in achieving vission and mission that have been established, with the better company performance and employees welfare. (Anggia)
