Explore defense cooperation, CEO Caracal visits Pindad

CEO of PT Pindad (Persero), Abraham Mose accompanied by the Board of Directors, Corporate Secretary, VP of Defense and Security Business, VP of Business Development, and VP of QA & K3LH PT Pindad (Persero) welcomed a working visit from the CEO of Caracal International LLC, United Arab Emirates, Hamad Al-Ameri and his staffs on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at the head office of Pindad Bandung. This activity was also accompanied by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and the Directorate General of Defense Potential (Ditjen Pothan) of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia, which was represented by Associate Analyst for the Prokema Ditekindhan Ditekindhan Directorate General Pothan Kemhan, Colonel Arh. Imanuel Pasaribu, S.IP and members.

CEO of PT Pindad (Persero), Abraham Mose warmly welcomed and appreciated Caracal's visit. In his remarks, Abraham Mose introduced Pindad's future prospects.

"Pindad is a state-owned company under the Ministry of SOEs and engaged in strategic industries to produce weapons, pistols, combat vehicles, munitions, even industrial products such as excavators. In the future (Pindad) will develop production facilities as well." explained Abraham.

CEO of Caracal International LLC, Hamad Al-Ameri expressed his pleasure and pride in visiting Indonesia, especially PT Pindad (Persero). Hamad Al-Ameri said that Caracal welcomed the cooperation steps in the project with Pindad.

"We are very excited to carry out projects with Pindad. We (Caracal) will provide full support not only from the manufacturer, but also support for maintenance, spare parts, and so on. It can also be a great start for a wonderful bilateral relationship. " explained Hamad Al-Ameri.

After hearing a brief explanation by the VP of Business Development of PT Pindad (Persero), Yayat Ruyat, the activity continued with a visit to production facilities and further discussions related to cooperation.
