Kejaksaan RI Signs a Memorandum of Understanding with Pindad on Cooperation and Coordination in orde

Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia (Kejaksaan RI) Sanitiar Burhanuddin represented by Deputy Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia Setia Untung Arimuladi accompanied by Deputy Attorney General for Development Bambang Sugeng Rukmono, Junior Attorney General Intelligence Sunarta, Deputy Attorney General for Civil and TUN Feri Wibisono, Head of Badiklat Toni Tribagus Spontana, Head of the High Prosecutor’s Office of West Java along together with Chief Executive Officer of PT Pindad (Persero), Abraham Mose and the Board of Directors attended the "Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation and Coordination in Order to Support the Implementation of Duties and Functions" on Friday, August 28, 2020 at Grha Pindad Bandung .

The Memorandum of Understanding between the Indonesian Prosecutor's Office and PT Pindad (Persero) was signed by the Deputy Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia, Setia Untung Arimuladi and the CEO of Pindad, Abraham Mose as a form of synergy between government agencies and SOE to help each other and provide added value, one of which is in handling the Datun problem ( Civil and State Administration) and the return of state assets.

Before the entourage entered Grha Pindad, as a health protocol and anticipating Covid-19, Pindad conducted a Covid-19 Rapid Test for all invited guests present. Pindad provides hand sanityzers and masks, and limits the attendees to create physical distancing during the event. Heads of High Prosecutors throughout Indonesia also watched this event live via a video conference.

Abraham Mose in his remarks welcomed the cooperation between SOEs, in this case Pindad and the Attorney General's Office of Republic of Indonesia as a form of good corporate governance and more professional in the future.

So today is a very good thing where we can work together, which is how we, in running the corporate business, can run along with the patterns of Good Corporate Governance and in accordance with our vision to become a top 100 global defense company, "Abraham explained.

Abraham also hopes that this collaboration will be able to bring benefits and of course the principle of mutual benefit to both parties, which will be achieved in this collaboration and can fulfill the required elements.

Meanwhile in the speech of the Attorney General which was read by the Deputy Attorney General, Setia Untung Arimuladi expressed his gratitude for the realization of the memorandum of understanding and cooperation agreement between several aspects of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office and PT Pindad (Persero).

"This collaboration is a monumental step as a form of collaborative and cross-sectoral awareness. It is a step needed to complement each institution. On behalf of individuals and institutions, we appreciate the more focused cooperation and coordination with the Republic of Indonesia Prosecutor's Office. hope that this relationship can mutually support the optimization of duties and functions in order to realize benefits for the nation and state, "said Setia Untung Arimuladi.

In addition to the memorandum of understanding between the Republic of Indonesia Attorney General's Office and PT Pindad (Persero), which includes cooperation and coordination in order to support the implementation of the duties and functions of each party, a cooperation agreement has also been signed between Pindad and the RI Prosecutor's Office regarding:

1. Junior Attorney General Coaching, in the field of optimizing asset recovery activities.

2. Junior Attorney General for Intelligence, which covers security for strategic development and asset tracking

3. Junior Attorney General for Civil and State Administration, in the civil and state administration sector

4. Education and Training Agency, in the field of human resource competency development.

On the same occasion, PT Pindad (Persero) expressed his appreciation for the cooperation by handing over operational assistance to the Indonesian Prosecutor's Office in the form of 1 ambulance and 1 hearse. President Director of PT Pindad (Persero), Abraham Mose, symbolically handed over operational assistance to the Deputy Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia, Setia Untung Arimuladi. The signing activity then ended by visiting the production facility of PT Pindad (Persero).

The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding and a cooperation agreement between PT Pindad (Persero) and the Republic of Indonesia Prosecutor's Office is a form of synergy and coordination to support duties and functions in the field of legal services and utilization of domestic industries in the defense and security sector.
