Very Good Financial Performance, Pindad Wins Infobank 9th BUMN Award 2018

PT Pindad (Persero) won an award in the Infobank 9th BUMN Award 2018 category of BUMN Defense Industry with the title of "Excellent" BUMN for financial performance during 2017 at Sangri-La Hotel Jakarta, on September 26, 2018, Wednesday night. Jakarta General Manager, Doddy Eko received an award representing the company's management.

The event was opened by Infobank's chief editor, Eko Supriyanto and was attended by the Deputy of the Ministry of SOEs in the Financial Services Business, Survey Services and the Ministry of SOE Consultant, Aloysius K Ro. In his remarks, Aloysius said that the award winners were participants from 143 SOEs that were able to maintain finances well and were able to contribute directly to the state budget through dividend payments and taxes.

This award is the result of the hard work of all employees and proof of performance improvement in 2017 to achieve the company's targets.

SOEs as development agents must be able to meet the basic needs of the community, be able to build connectivity, and can increase the productivity of the community.

Infobank is a company that initiated rating making to assess the performance of BUMN companies. Infobank wants to encourage SOEs to perform better through assessments based on the figures presented.
