Visit of the State Defense Attaches of Friendly Country to PT Pindad

Deputy CEO of PT Pindad, Sigit Santosa accompanied by Chief Production Officer Budhiarto warmly welcomed the visit from Defense Attaches (Athan) from various countries led by Major Brian Vega and Deputy Chief of Staff of Intelligence (Waasintel), Brigadier General Rio Firdianto. The visit was carried out on Wednesday, May 10th 2023 located at the Pindad Head Office, Bandung.

The purpose of this visit is as a forum for interaction between friendly countries as a means of establishing good relations. The Kasad Waasintel also hopes that this visit can provide an introduction to the Indonesian defense industry to Athan from various countries and open up potential for future cooperation.

Deputy CEO of PT Pindad, Sigit Santosa conveyed warm greetings for the visit of Defense Attaches from various countries and Waasintel. “Welcome to Bandung and to PT Pindad. In short, PT Pindad is the Indonesian defense industry with weapons, ammunition and special vehicle products. We hope that through this visit we can foster good relations between countries, including through various forms of business cooperation with PT Pindad." said Sigit Santosa.

On this occasion, Major Brian Vega expressed his gratitude for the welcome given by PT Pindad for this visit. "We thank you for the warm welcome given. I had asked some of our colleagues here and this was the first time for them to go to PT Pindad including me. On behalf of all colleagues present here, we hope to build good relations with PT Pindad, thank you." Obviously Major Brian Vega.

In his remarks, Waasintel, Brigadier General Rio Firdianto, expressed his appreciation to PT Pindad for welcoming and organizing the visit of Defense Attaches to friendly countries today. "We hope that this visit can support and encourage PT Pindad's marketing to defense attaches from friendly countries." said Brigadier General Rio Firdianto.
