PMN Team and PT PPA (Persero) Visit to PT Pindad (Persero)

The group from Ministry of State Owned Enterprises and PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Asset Management Company) or PPA (Persero) were visited PT Pindad (Persero) on Thursday, November 14^th 2013. They were accepted by Director of Planning and Development Wahyu Utomo at Directorate Meeting Room. Were also attended this event was PT Pindad (Persero) Director of Finance and some of high level officials of PT Pindad (Persero).

This visit was aimed to make observations to Penyertaan Modal Negara (State Capital Investment) or PMN fund usage by PT Pindad (Persero) in the company's business activities. The observation team would do a parameter or benchmark forming of the PMN fund usage effectiveness through a direct visit to related business site.  

According to the plan, the business site visit would be conducted periodically to produce sustainable results, which is every six months. This observation result was expected would be ended with a full support if PT Pindad proposed the additional PMN fund at the future. The observation team would make a review towards the needs of the funds based on the observation result which had done before.

The presentation about the PMN cash fund usage progress was delivered by Director of Planning and Development. The presentation was delivered and interspersed with the questions that were asked by the member of the group.

After the event at the Directorate Meeting Room was ended, the group was continued their activity by visiting PT Pindad (Persero) production facilities. The group could directly see the production machines which were bought by using the PMN funds. (Stevia/Anggia)
