Pindad Initiate Covid Ranger Program Involving Millennials

President Director of PT Pindad (Persero), Abraham Mose opened the Covid Ranger Pindad initial meeting, located in the Pindad Auditorium, Bandung June 4, 2020. Covid Ranger is a team formed by the command of the Ministry of SOEs to be the main liaison between the Ministry of SOEs and each BUMN. One of Covid Ranger's main tasks is to create information and data creatively about new normal activities that will be carried out by the Government and carried out by every SOEs and then communicate the information to each Unit / Division.

To provide a platform for millennial to play an active role and support creative ideas, PT Pindad (Persero) gathers millennial staff from each unit / division to become Covid Ranger. Abraham Mose said he was proud of the presence of millennials in each unit / division of PT Pindad (Persero) who take roles and responsibilities and appointed as Covid Ranger. "I believe, the Ministry of SOEs has given trust to millennials to takeover and give a new color to each SOE, and the same thing I will entrust to millennial Pindad, starting with Covid Ranger" concluded Abraham Mose.

After remarks by the President Director, Director of Technology and Development of PT Pindad (Persero), Ade Bagdja gave an in-depth explanation of Covid Ranger, the current situation in Indonesia, what is new normal and how is it applied in Pindad to the main tasks and responsibilities.

 Ade Bagdja began his explanation by explaining the direction of Deputy Minister 1 of Ministry of SOE, Budi Gunawan Sadikin about the current scenario and situation of Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. "New Normal behavior will change work activities by using strict health protocols, especially for the health and safety of all of us. So that everyone can be aware and know what the new normal protocol is, I believe you are all creative young people. You can use social media, various challenges, free. I believe this is the right momentum so that you all can be involved for the advancement of Pindad "explained Ade Bagdja.
