The Minister of Trade Attended the launching of the Automatic Hygienic Cooking Oil Platform
PT Pindad (Persero) launched the Automatic Hygienist Cooking Oil Filling Machine Platform (AMH-o) on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at the Kresna Building, Pindad Headquarters in Bandung. The launching was attended by the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, Enggartiasto Lukita, Deputy of Mining Business, Strategic Industry and Media of the Ministry of State Owned Enterprises (SOE), Fajar Harry Sampurno and representatives of cooking oil producers in Indonesia to show that the domestic industry is able to produce quality cooking oil.
The Automatic Hygienic Cooking Oil Platform (AMH-o) is the result of The SOE synergy between PT Pindad (Persero) and PT Rekayasa Engineering. This launch is a follow-up to the signing of the MoU in the field of production and sales which was held on August 16, 2018.
Enggartiasto Lukita appreciates AMH-o and all parties who work together to realize healthy oil hygiene.
"This is the work of an extraordinary nation that shows its character and technology. I thank Pindad, Engineering and all the parties who pushed for all this to happen. Pindad CEO and the consortium see this as a challenge and business opportunity. Later, when it runs, it can be adjusted accordingly, there is a large, small and how to deliver cooking oil itself to get there, "he said.
Meanwhile, Abraham Mose hoped that the support of the Minister of Trade, which launched directly could accelerate the benefits of this machine reaching the public.
"Hopefully the presence of the Minister can support the acceleration of how producers use this machine to produce simple packaging. This is our goal of how we took the initiative to make the socialization to the community first, hopefully useful and have a commercial value, "Abraham said.

Cooperation in the framework of the SOE synergy has given birth to a machine designed in addition to maintaining the hygiene of retail cooking oil and reducing the use of plastic bags as well as increasing the margin of retailers. AMH-o's initial design concept was made by RE and refined by Pindad who was experienced in making non military equipment through the Industrial Business Directorate.
AMH-o is made in the framework of Republic of Indonesia Minister of Trade Regulation number 9 / MDAG / PER / 2/2016 which requires the distribution of bulk cooking oil using simple bag packaging. AMH-o's work system is to distribute cooking oil in 18 or 25 liter jerry cans in accordance with the Manufacturers trademark into a packaging bag in several doses ranging from 250, 500 to 1,000 ml, through an oil filling system consisting of pumps, flexible pipes, solitary solenoids and flow meter.
All components in AMH-o meet food grade standards. AMH-o operation is controlled by a microcomputer to ensure measurement accuracy. The microcomputer that lights up on AMH-o is a user-friendly screen keyboard. In addition, AMH-o is also equipped with a GPS module that can help oil producers for AMH-o location units and sales volume of cooking oil, both daily, weekly or monthly.
