Chief of Malaysian Army Visited Pindad
Chief of Malaysian Army, Gen. Tan Sri Dato Seri Commander in Chief H. Ahmad Hasbullah bin H. Mohd Nawawi along with a group from the Malaysian Army visited PT. Pindad (Persero) Bandung on Wednesday, November 27th, 2019. The group was received by President Director of Pindad, Abraham Mose together with Pindad's Echelon 1 officials in the Main Directorate's Business Room. This aim of the visit was to introduce Pindad to the Chief of Malaysian Army and especially to show the performance of special vehicle products made by Pindad.
The first agenda which began with breakfast session was an opportunity to introduce Pindad in a concise and warm manner. Ahmad Hasbullah and his group watched the presentation and videos about Pindad's superior products, including weapons products such as SS2 and special purpose vehicles, namely Anoa. The group also showed interest in the latest products of tracked and wheeled fire fighting vehicle that caught the attention recently.
Ahmad Hasbullah and his group thereafter had the opportunity to visit the production facility, that was the special purpose vehicle facility and watched the vehicle defile parade. Ahmad paid attention to Anoa and made further deepening of the vehicle's material and visuals.
Before closing the visit, Pindad gave the group an opportunity to try to shoot using weapon products namely SS2-V4, G2 Combat Pistol, and Armo Pistol. Ahmad and the group agreed to praise the accuracy and reliability of the weapons. (Tomo)
