Inauguration and handover of PT Pindad (Persero) Echelon 1 Officer, October 2021

CEO of PT Pindad (Persero), Abraham Mose inaugurated Echelon 1 Officer on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Grha Pindad Bandung. This activity was also attended by the Board of Directors and Pindad’s Echelon 1 officials. Today’s inauguration and handover of positions are carried out while still complying with health protocols that being applied during Covid-19 pandemic.

The appointed officials include :

Vice President of Human Capital Management – Amalia Maya Fitri

In his speech, Abraham Mose said that every replacement is something that usually happens according to the needs of the company. Abraham hopes that the echelon 1 officials in Pindad will be able to bring about internal changes and continue to carry out various innovations in this competitive environment.

“Changes are normal, and because of changes in nomenclature from the Ministry of SOEs. Companies need to regenerate to replace officials who are entering retirement age. Pindad has duty of shareholders to fulfil 25% of the position of company officials occupied by women and 30% are millennials. This decision is a good decision, which we all hope can further improve the company’s performance,” Abraham explained.

Abraham Mose then hopes that Pindad will continue to be able to serve and support the development of the country  through its flagship products and with the inauguration of strata 1 officials, it can be useful for the company, especially during Covid-19 pandemic.
