Ammunition Division High Level Officials Inauguration and Function Handing Over

The leadership changing on high level officials of PT Pindad (Persero) was happened again. On Wednesday, June 12th 2013 held the inauguration and function handing over for high level officials at Ammunition Division Turen, Malang. This even held at Multipurpose Room Ammunition Division and directly led by Director of Manufacturing Products, Tri Hardjono. Also attending this event are PT Pindad (Persero) Board of Directors (minus the President Director), some of high level officials, and also the Head of Departments and Head of Sub Departments at Ammunition Division.

Some peoples who occupied a new responsibility, were the following below :

- Head of Ammunition Division : Ir. D Bambang Mulyono, IR, MM

- Head of Industrial Machinery and Services : Ir. Rochim Irawadhy

- Head of Quality Assurance : Ir. Restu Purwo, M.MT

- Vice of Head of Ammunition Division for Long Caliber Ammunition and Rocket : Ir. I Wayan Sutama

For the new officials, it’s very important to understand the job description from the position that they carrying out. Beside to understand every details of their new responsibility, they also could develop an innovation and breakthrough which would escalate the performance of division or unit which they led.

Furthermore, Director of Manufacturing Product also added that the leadership changing is very important to do for the refreshment and leadership rotation. The leadership changing is a normal thing to occur inside a company to increase the productivity, effectiveness, efficiency, and company performance.

The new inaugurated officials, hopefully could focusing on professionalism and avoiding the negative behavior which could disrupting the company. The previous policies which already implemented by the previous official, could be continued, and also the new and fresh ideas certainly expected to give a positive contribution to the company.
