PT Pindad (Persero) High Level Officials Inauguration and Function Handing Over
After the changing on PT Pindad (Persero) Board of Director formation, the leadership rotation was also happened to the high level officials. Based on that reason, held the inauguration and function handing over event for some of the high level officials position. This even held on Monday, June 3rd 2013 at Auditorium Directorate Building and led by the President Director of PT Pindad (Persero), Adik Avianto Soedarsono. This event attended by Board of Directors, high level officials, subsidiaries directors, and Working Union representatives.
Some of high level officials who occupied a new position and through the inauguration and function handing over event, were the following below:
1. Head of Special Vehicle Division : Ir. Edy Purwanto, MT
2. Head of Forging and Casting Division : Ir. Pudjo Sasongko, MT
3. Head of Commercial Explosives Division : Ir. Widiarsa, M.MT
4. Head of Weapon Division : Santa Yusuf N, Ir, MSEE
5. Deputy Director of Administration : Yadi Kussuryadi, BE, Drs, MM
6. Deputy Director of Resources : Yayat Ruyat M.Eng, DR
7. Deputy Director of Business Development : Irfanul Kamal, Drs, MHRM
When delivered his speech, the President Director congratulated for a new mandate that given and hoped, with this position rotation, the productivity stage, effectiveness, efficiency, and company performance would increase. According to him, rotation in a company is a common thing to occur because there were company demand and development, and it was closely associated with the refreshment and regeneration of leadership.
He also added that each of leaders should know the job description from each position so that the new high level officials well understand their new task and position. He also reminded the high level officials to prioritize the professional attitude in a decision making process and stay away from negative things which could disrupting the company.
Hopefully, the new high level officials could continue the positive policies which had implemented by the previous high level officials, and they could make a new breakthrough and innovation that gave a positive effect to the company. (Anggia)
