PT Pindad (Persero) Vice Presidents and Experts Inauguration

On a company journey, organization or position changing were usual thing in order to give some refreshment and leadership regeneration. Due to those reasons, was held inauguration and function handing over of some PT Pindad (Persero) Vice President and Expert positions on August 8th, 2014. This event was led by PT Pindad (Persero) CEO Sudirman Said and also attended by the Board of Directors, the vice presidents, and 2nd Echelon employees of PT Pindad (Persero).

Organization Transformation was being conducted at PT Pindad (Persero). Some of Directors nomenclature were changed and given a new job description so that affected some of Vice President and Expert positions that were inaugurated. Based on PT Pindad (Persero) Board of Directors Decree Number :  B/6/P/BD/VIII/2014 dated August 8th, 2014 about PT Pindad (Persero) high level officials appoinment, some Vice Presidents and Experts that inaugurated were :

1.  Senior Vice President Defense and Security Products : D. Bambang Mulyono, Ir, MM

2.  Vice President Management Information System : Santa Yusuf N, Ir, MSEE

3.  Vice President Quality Assurance : Yayat Ruyat M.Eng, DR

4.  Vice President Human Capital and Organization Development : Irfanul Kamal, Drs, MHRM

5.  Vice President Ammunition : I Wayan Sutama, Ir

6.  Assistant Vice President Ammunition : Agus Iriyono, ST

7.  Vice President Forging and Casting : Arief Sulistiono, Ir

8.  Vice President Product and Process Development : Heru Puryanto, Dipl. Ing

9.  Vice President Legal and Risk Management : Tuning Rudiyati SH, M.Hum

10.  Expert of Product and Process Development : Triono Priohutomo Ir, MT

11.  Expert of Ammunition : Restu Purwo Ir, M.MT

On his speech, CEO said that the input of organization was the people that inside it as well as all of their ideas and thoughts. The changings that occured in organization structure were done in order to give a chance for the new generation of leadership to contribute their new ideas and thoughts to the company. This change was also considered as a way to continue to move forward and maintain the life of the company. Company organization would continue to be analyzed and the changing journey at PT Pindad (Persero) would continue to be encouraged to increasingly develop.

He also gave his message to the officials that inaugurated that leadership could be seen from three things, such as : give an example of behaviour that reflect the objectives of the company, taking care of the interests of each of the appropriate fields, and the last is to build capacity in their field. For the last point, the CEO said that the training centre would be the check point for changes and would be optimally utillized.

Hopefully, the new officials could continue the positive policies which had implemented by the previous officials, and they could make a new breakthrough and innovation that gave a positive effect to the company. (Anggia)
