PT Pindad (Persero) Worker Union Leader Inauguration

Untung Asmoro was officially appointed as the leader of Serikat Pekerja (SP) PT PIndad (Persero) (PT Pindad (Persero) Worker Union) after officially inaugurated on the inauguration event which was held on Tuesday, November 19^th 2013 at Department of Education and Training Hall. This event was also attended by the Board of Directors, the high level officials, and the member of SP PT Pindad (Persero).

Untung Asmoro was stated that he is ready to carry his position as leader of SP PT Pindad (Persero) by continuing programs that been stated by the previous leader. But, he was emphasized to balance the employees’ rights that he fought for with the works productivity increasing which was the main obligation of the employees.

PT Pindad (Persero) President Director, Tri Hardjono was added beside increasing the works productivity, new leader of SP PT Pindad (Persero) should be aware towards some changes which would occur in the company. The good synergy between three worker unions in PT Pindad (Persero) was also hoped could increase the company performance to reach the targets which had determined before.

Untung Asmoro was replaced Afrizal Indra, the previous leader from the 2010-2013 period. Hopefully, he could play the role well and could reach some program which had stated, and also as the medium for the member aspiration for the sake of company advancement. (Anggia)
