2013 PT Pindad (Persero) Leadership Course Opening   

Based on PT Pindad (Persero) vision to be a world class company, PT Pindad needs to do a leadership regeneration which dynamic and ready to face an era changing. Therefore, was held a Leadership Course for PT Pindad (Persero) employees. The event opened by PT Pindad President Director, Adik Avianto Soedarsono and presenting Hermin Sarengat from General Electric as the spoke person.

This opening meeting was attended by Head Divisions and the Leadership Course participants which consist of twenty 2^nd Echelon employees. This opening event was also mark off the beginning of 1^st Workshop of the Leadership Course which would be held until April 2^nd 2013. 

The President Director hope with this Leadership Course, would be born a world class leaders who ready to face the globalization era and help PT Pindad to go forward into a weaponry system which respected at the world stage. He also said for the future leaders to keep the work persistency and always makes an innovation in every activities.

This leadership course will be held for three months until June 2013. This training was done in order to prepare great company leaders who have a broad knowledge, and behave in accordance with vision, mission, and company values.

The leadership course will divided into a parts of workshops which would develop potency and competence of the participants in leadership area, empower the participants potency so that the corporate culture will be accomplished and in accordance with company values, enhance the participants business competency to develop company competitiveness, and the participants will be pushed to solve a strategic company concrete problems so that the participants have a direct contribution towards company performance enhancement. (Anggia Susada Mantarlia)
