Substitution of Members of the Board of Commissioners & Appointment of Independent Commissioner Pind

The Deputy of BUMN for Mining, Strategic Industry and Media (PISM), Fajar Harry Sampurno representing the Minister of BUMN, Rini M Soemarno as the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) dismissed and appointed members of the Board of Commissioners as well as established PT Pindad's independent company commissioner (Persero) on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at the Ministry of BUMN Office. The event was attended by President Director Abraham Mose, Finance & Administration Director, Wildan Arief and Deputy President Commissioner, Sumardi.

Dismissal and appointment of members of the Board of Commissioners and the establishment of an independent Commissioner PT Pindad (Persero) are carried out through a Decree of the Minister of BUMN Number: SK-297 / MBU / 11/2018 dated 27 November 2018. Members of the Board of Commissioners, Syafruddin who currently serves as Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan RB) was honorably dismissed and Deputy Chief of Police (Deputy Police Chief), Ari Dono Sukmanto was appointed as a member of the Board of Commissioners. Meanwhile Alexandra Retno Wulan who was previously a company Commissioner was appointed as an independent Commissioner.
