Change of the Board of Commissioners of PT Pindad (Persero)

Assistant Deputy of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) for the Business of Mining, Strategic Industry and Media II, Heri Purnomo representing the Minister of SOEs, Rini M Soemarno as the General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) dismissed and appointed new member of Board of Commissioners of PT. Pindad (Persero) on Tuesday, July 30th, 2019 at the Ministry of SOEs Office, Jakarta. The event was attended by President Director Abraham Mose, Director Heri Heriswan, Deputy President Commissioner, Maj. Gen. TNI (ret.) Sumardi and Commissioner member, Nurdin

Dismissal and appointment of the members of the Board of Commissioners and the establishment of independent commissioner of PT Pindad (Persero) are carried out through a Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number: SK-164 / MBU / 07/2019 dated July 30th, 2019. A member of the Board of Commissioners, Brigadier General Sigid Witjaksono are dismissed with respect and Maj. Gen. TNI Endang Sodik was appointed as a new member of the Board of Commissioners.

Change of members of the Board of Commissioners in a company / institution, is a common event.
