Commemorate a year of Corporate Value, Pindad inaugurate Change Leader and Change Agent
Chief of Finance & Administration officer of PT Pindad (Persero), Wildan Arief inaugurated the Change Leader and Change Agent of PT Pindad (Persero) on Monday, July 26, 2021 and was held online, attended by employees of Pindad. The inauguration of AKHLAK Change Leader and Change Agent is part of 1st Year Celebration of Corporate Value, AKHLAK also inline with cultural values of Ministry of SOEs. The inauguration of Change Leader and Change Agent was attended by Ary Ginanjar & ACT Consulting, Chief of Technology & Development of PT Pindad (Persero), Ade Bagdja also VPs GMs and employee representatives of Pindad.
The activity began with an explanation of AKHLAK culture that had been determined by the Ministry of SOEs and then applied to PT Pindad (Persero) by Ary Ginanjar. The abbreviation for AKHLAK are: Trustworthy, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive and Competitive. AKHLAK corporate culture that has been implemented for one year has become a guideline for PT Pindad (Persero) employees to work professionally, adaptively and develop their own capabilities.
Wildan Arief then explained that PT Pindad (Persero) had carried out the measurement of ACHI (AKHLAK Culture Health Index), as part of measuring the implementation of AKHLAK Corporate Culture in 62 SOEs & Subsidiaries. Within a period of one year, the measurement results show quite good results and it is necessary in improving the implementation of AKHLAK Corporate Culture at PT Pindad (Persero). Through the inaugurated Change Leaders and Change Agents, they will become the driving force and positive changes in the organizational management of PT Pindad (Persero) and can become a role model for the implementation of Corporate Culture.
The activity was then continued with screening of AKHLAK Defend ID Corporate Culture video and ended with inauguration symbolically by accepting and unboxing a T-shirt with AKHLAK logo.
