The change of Directors & Commissioners of PT Pindad (Persero)

Monday, 18 January 2021, a copy of the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) was delivered at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of the Company regarding the dismissal and appointment of members of the Board of Directors and Commissioners of PT Pindad (Persero). The GMS was held online, in accordance with government directions in the implementation of the Week of Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (Persero) PT Pindad was chaired by the Deputy Assistant for the Defense and Manufacturing Industry of the Ministry of BUMN, Liliek Mayasari and Assistant Deputy for Human Resources Management at the Ministry of SOEs, Andus Winarno who was attended by the company's Directors & Commissioners.

Based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN through the Decree of the Minister of BUMN as the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (Persero) PT Pindad number: SK-16 / MBU / 01/2021 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the Company (Persero) PT Pindad, dismiss with respect Heru Puryanto as Director of Industrial Products Business, Heri Heriswan as Business Director of Defense and Security Products, and Rizka A. Putranto as Director of Business Strategy and appointed new members of the Board of Directors of PT Pindad (Persero) including Wijil Jadmiko Budi as Director of Defense and Security Products Business, Suharyono as Director of Industrial Product Business, and Syaifudin as Director of Business Strategy.

On the same day, based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN as the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Limited Liability Company (Persero) PT Pindad listed in letter number: SK-17 / MBU / 01/2021 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company (Persero) PT Pindad , appointed Deputy Chief of Police, Komjen Gatot Eddy Pramono as Deputy President Commissioner, Maj. Gen. TNI (Purn.) Sakkan Tampubolon, Alexandra Retno Wulan, Arlan Septia as Independent Commissioner and Jaleswari Pramodharwwardani as Commissioner previously held by Maj. Gen. TNI (Ret.) Sumardi as Deputy President Commissioner , Dr. Nurdin, Komjen Pol, Ari Dono, Major General TNI (Purn.) Endang Sodik as Commissioner of PT Pindad (Persero).
