Changes of President Commissioner of PT Pindad (Persero)

Thursday, December 23, 2021, a copy of the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) was handed over at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of the Company regarding the dismissal and appointment of the main commissioner of the company company (Persero) PT Pindad. The EGMS was held online, while still adhering to health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The EGMS of the Company (Persero) PT Pindad was opened by the Deputy Minister of SOE I, Pahala Nugraha Mansury and led by the Assistant Deputy for Defense and Manufacturing Industries of the Ministry of SOEs, Liliek Mayasari and the Assistant Deputy for Human Resources Management of the Ministry of SOEs, Andus Winarno which was attended by the Board of Directors & Company commissioner.

Based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN through the Decree of the Minister of BUMN as the GMS of the Company (Persero) PT Pindad number: SK-411/MBU/12/2021 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of the President Commissioner of the Company (Persero) PT Pindad, respectfully dismissed General TNI Andika Perkasa as President Commissioner and appointed the new President Commissioner of PT Pindad (Persero), namely General TNI Dudung Abdurachman.

Deputy Minister of BUMN I, Pahala Nugraha Mansury in his speech conveyed his congratulations on the inauguration of General TNI Dudung Abdurachman as President Commissioner of PT Pindad (Persero).

"It is hoped that by joining Mr. General TNI Dudung as the President Commissioner of PT Pindad (Persero) will provide additional support to be able to improve future performance."

General TNI Dudung Abdurachman as the new President Commissioner of PT Pindad (Persero) expressed his gratitude for his appointment as this new position. He said that in carrying out this task, it is necessary to have support, cooperation and coordination with the commissioners and directors of Pindad.

“This assignment is a new thing that provides insight and knowledge about the corporate world. I hope that in the future PT Pindad can become a big company with superior and competitive products in supporting national development and maintaining national sovereignty. Hopefully my presence will give benefits and I can carry out this mandate as well as possible.”

The company expresses its highest appreciation and gratitude for the dedication and contribution given by General TNI Andika Perkasa who has completed his term of office as President Commissioner at PT Pindad (Persero). And the company congratulates the new President Commissioner, General TNI Dudung Abdurachman so that PT Pindad (Persero) can continue to build the company towards a strong, independent, competitive and increasingly advanced defense industry.
