Pindad Held the 91st Youth Pledge Day Ceremony
All elements of the employees of PT Pindad (Persero) and company subsidiaries commemorated the 91st Youth Pledge Day by holding a flag ceremony led by the Director of Defense and Security Business, Heru Puryanto as the Ceremony Inspector at the main court of PT Pindad, Bandung (10/28/2019).
The ceremony began with singing the march of PT Pindad (Persero) followed by the raising of the Indonesian flag. The agenda then continued with the reading of the Speech of the Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia by the Inspector of Ceremony.
The theme of this year's Youth PledgeDay is "In Unity, We Go Forward". The theme was interpreted by reaffirming the commitment that had been built by young people who were pledged in 1928 in the Youth Pledge. That only with unity can we realize the ideals of the nation.
Through this theme, it is hoped that all elements of the nation, especially young people, can promote and develop Indonesia to be more advanced. Indonesia needs young people who have character, capacity, innovation ability, high creativity, independence, and inspiration to be able to face world competition.
Likewise with PT Pindad (Persero), implementing the development of young generation character with JBUS (Honest, Learning, Superior, Safe) Vision to be able to have moral character, performance character, high integrity, honest, responsible, disciplined, hard work, smart work, sincere work and complete to be able to produce progress and support Indonesia in the defense and security sector.
Happy 91st Youth Pledge Day. O young people of Indonesia, the world is waiting for you, fight, create ideas, determination and ideals, sacrifice and your struggle will never be in vain in changing the world!
