Pindad Acquired Certificate of Military Air Weapon Type of RHan 122 B

After completing a series of certification processes, PT Pindad (Persero) has finally succeeded in acquiring the certificates of military air weapon type for the Rocket RHan-122B in Aircraft Weapon: Artillery Ground to Ground Rocket category with number: IMMA TC AW / ROCKET 001-2019.

The certificate of type was given by Kapuslaik, Laksma Teguh Sugiono and received directly by the Director of Engineering and Development of PT. Pindad (Persero) Ade Bagdja at the Indonesian Ministry of Defense Office, Jakarta, Tuesday (24/7/2019).

In his remarks, the Kapuslaik Laksma Teguh Sugiono said that the certification process that had been completed could be a reference in its development.

"The hope for what has been achieved can be in accordance with the expectations of the existing consortium," he said

Teguh hopes that the RHan 122B program must continue to develop. Meanwhile, Ade Bagdja said this program will continue to develop. "Pindad is committed to this program, we still need to develop it, we will try further." he said. According to Ade Bagdja, as for some of the imperfect ones, consortium products will be upgraded.

RHan 122B is one of the programs that PT Pindad successfully completed with other members of the consortium, PT Dirgantara Indonesia, PT Dahana and Lapan. This program, which began in 2005, is a manifestation of PT Pindad's commitment in mastering the technology and developing the national defense industry.
