Pindad Exhibited Quality Industrial Products at Trade Expo Indonesia 2019

Director of Industrial Products Business, Heri Heriswan attended the opening ceremony of Trade Expo Indonesia 2019 located at the BSD International Convention Center (ICE), Tangerang, Wednesday (10/16/2019).

Trade Expo Indonesia 2019 is the largest annual expo and trade activity focused on B2B (Business to Business) business organized by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia. Trade Expo Indonesia 2019 event presented a variety of the best Indonesian products to be traded and exported to foreign countries and invited various foreign delegations to work together, creating transactions and investments.

In his remarks, JK stated the importance of maintaining sustainability and progress achieved by Indonesia in various fields in order to increase the trade and economy environments.

JK also said that competition in the world, including in the field of trade, is getting tougher and one of the ways to win the competition is by creating better products from time to time. "Better means using better and more advanced technology. Cheaper, more efficient and faster. These things are part of our efforts," explained JK.

On this occasion, the Minister of Trade, Enggartiasto Lukita stated that TEI was the right place to promote quality products made in Indonesia to be marketed globally.

"We are optimistic that TEI this year will get positive achievements like last year.

Even though we are currently facing increasingly dynamic and competitive global challenges in the midst of a global economic slowdown, there are thousands of buyers from abroad who are ready to trade here, " Enggartiasto continued.

PT Pindad (Persero) presented as the only defense industry that produces quality weapons in Indonesia participated in Trade Expo Indonesia 2019.

In the exhibition stand, Pindad presented a variety of quality weapons products, namely: G2 Combat Pistol, G2 Elite Pistol, G2 Premium Pistol, Mag4 Pistol, the latest innovation Pistols made from Polymer - Armo V2, PM3 Rifles and the Indonesian Pride Assault Rifles that have brought Indonesia 12th consecutive champions at the AARMAM & AASAM International shooting championship, SS2-V4 HB.

Pindad also exhibited mockups of quality industrial products, namely Excava 200, Excava 50, Pin Marine and Rail Fasting Equipment. Excava 200 is an Excavator product that is reliable in all terrain and can be relied upon as a heavy equipment in various industries. Excava 50 is a Pindad innovation product that responds the market's need to provide tactical and smaller Excavator products but has the same capabilities and durability as the Excava 200. (Raka)
