PT PINDAD (PERSERO) PARTICIPATION AT 2014 RITECH EXPO
PT Pindad (Persero) as a part of nation innovation that keep developing, will participate on Research, Innovation, and Technology exhibition, the 2014 RITECH (Research, Innovation, Technology) Expo. The exhibition which themed Agricultural, Energy, and Water Innovation for Nation Competitiveness will be held on August 9th-12th 2014 and will be taken place at 2nd Building of Agency of Assesment and Application of Technology, Central Jakarta. This exhibition will open 78 booths that consist of science and technology communities; government, private, and public research institutes; and also universities will display various domestic researches results which give some pride to the nation. The event will be opened for public started from August 9th 2014 and will be officially opened by Vice President of Republic of Indonesia on August 11th 2014.
PT Pindad (Persero) participated by displaying some of its leading products such as SS2-V1, SS2-V4 HB, SS2-V5 customized + silencer, SS1 Marinized riffles; G2 Combat and Elite handguns, and PM2-V2 with silencer; SPR-2 sniper; Silent Mortar SM-50 with its ammunition; Canon and Recovery Combat Vehicle mock ups; Disruptor Ammunition, Ammunition Mock Up with various calibre; Motor Traction 180 KW mock up; Cloud Seedling Tools CoSAT 1000; Mortar Counting Tools Brahmastra; and Defence Rocket R-Han 122.
2014 RITECH Expo is a part of event series on annual celebration of National Technology Ressurection Day from Ministry of Research and Technology that for this years event cooperated with Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Public Work, and Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. Implementation of National Technology Ressurection Day is the place for building community around the Science and Technology people and also a place forsocializationof science and technology to be delivered to the public.
Beside 2014 RITECH Expo, various events was conducted since February 2014 and would be ended on December 2014. The series of event will be filled by National Meeting of Science and Technology implementation, some science and technology seminars that adjusted with the general theme, and some supporting events that carried out at all over Indonesia.
