Pindad Displayed Fire Fighting Vehicle at Indo Firex 2019

Pindad participated in Indo Firex 2019 Expo & Forum which was held on July 17th - 19th 2019 at Jakarta Convention Center. Besides Indo Firex, this industrial technology exhibition also organizes Indo Water, Indo Waste, Indo Renergy, Indo Pool Tech, Indo Security and Indonesia International Smart City Expo & Forum (IISMEX). Director of Pindad, Heri Heriswan attended the event which was inaugurated by Indonesian Vice President Jusuf Kalla, Minister of Internal Affairs Tjahyo Kumolo, and Minister of Communication and Information Rudiantara.

Jusuf Kalla visited Pindad booth and reviewed the displayed products. In addition, the Indonesian National Army (TNI) Commander Asrenum, Laksamana Muda Agung Prasetiawan also visited Pindad booth both indoors and outdoors to see the displayed fire fighting vehicles .

Pindad Fire Fighting and other Fire Fighting vehicles are development products displayed at this Indo Firex 2019 event. Pindad Fire Fighting is a 4x4 tire wheeled vehicle that was developed to cope with fire disasters and extinguish the fire. This vehicle is equipped with a high pressure pump and engine pump that has a maximum power of 130 kw. This vehicle has a capacity of 1,000 liters and can carry 5 crew members.

These exhibitions showcase the latest technology in the fields of water, waste water, waste management, new renewable energy, swimming pools, security, fire protection, search and rescue, disaster management, K3 and smart city development. This activity was attended by 565 exhibitors from 30 countries.
