Pindad Signs MoU in Civil & State Administration with the West Java Prosecutor's Office

PT Pindad (Persero) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the West Java High Prosecutor's Office in the field of handling civil and administrative law matters on Tuesday, 18 February 2020 at the West Java Prosecutor's Office, Bandung. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the Director of Pindad, Abraham Mose and the Head of the West Java High Prosecutor's Office, Ade Adhyaksa. The event was also attended by the Director of Finance & Administration, Wildan Arief, Director of Industrial Products Business, Heri Heriswan, Corporate Secretary, Head of SPI, VP of Accounting & Finance and other West Java High Prosecutors Officers.

The signing of this agreement aims to improve the service and quality of resolving legal problems in the field of Civil and State Administration as an effort to prevent and handle legal problems being faced, both inside and outside the court.

In his remarks, Abraham Mose delivered the growth of Pindad to date starting from the defense and defense product business line. He also conveyed the purpose of signing a Memorandum of Understanding with the West Java Prosecutor's Office.

"In the course of the contract, both those in the military and industry are certainly not free from various problems. So that through the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding we need direction, assistance, and support related to pindad business trips which are increasingly growing, "Abraham said.

Meanwhile, Ade Adhyaksa expressed his pride towards the achievement of Pindad and hoped that the partnership would not stop here.

"I see extraordinary developments in Pindad, especially those relating to defense and security, I am already quite proud. Hopefully we will be able to realize land, sea and air resilience including the IT / cyber field, said Ade Adhyaksa.
