Pindad signed a housing ownership program (HOP) partnership agreement with Bank Mandiri

CEO of PT Pindad (Persero), Abraham Mose and Regional CEO of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Sulaeman signed the Mitrakarya Housing Ownership Program Cooperation Agreement on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at the PT Pindad (Persero) Auditorium, Bandung. On this occasion, the RCEO of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) was accompanied by the Deputy RCEO; Brian Nugroho, Consumer Loan Head; Irawan, Area Head Bandung Asia Afrika; Retno Wijayanti, BM Asia Africa; Imam MS Adji, Consumer Loan Manager; Lisna. Chief Finance and Administration Officer of PT Pindad (Persero), Wildan Arief and the entourage including the Directors of subsidiaries also attended and witnessed the signing of the cooperation agreement.

Pindad and Bank Mandiri will cooperate in credit facilities to finance the purchase of residential houses, apartments, SOHOs, shop houses and office houses for employees of PT Pindad (Persero) and the group. Through the established collaboration, the submission and verification process will be more efficient due to the involvement of the HCM division of PT Pindad (Persero) in data collection & data collection to data verification to Bank Mandiri. In addition, the credit facilities offered are more competitive and the application for credit installments is greater than that of regular credit facilities.

In his remarks, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) RCEO, Sulaeman said that the HOP program is a program that is superior to regular programs related to residential purchase credit facilities. "So it is superior to the regular one. In short, the advantages are lower interest rates, more efficient verification through the HCM division, and the amount is much larger, both in terms of credit limit and installment value." Sulaeman explained.

CEO of PT Pindad (Persero), Abraham Mose, appreciated the program and convenience from Bank Mandiri for employees of PT Pindad (Persero). "So this program has a lot of questions and interest, enthusiasm is high. We also hope this program can facilitate and provide convenience in paying for houses which of course will help Pindad employees." Abraham Mose explained.
