Pindad PKBL Provides Capacity Building Training for Foster Partners

PT Pindad (Persero) Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL) holds training to increase the capacity of trained partners from November 29-30, 2018, at D'Riam Resort Ciwidey. The training was attended by 20 trained partners, originating from the Bandung and Sumedang regions. The training was attended by the Head of Monitoring and Evaluation of Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) of the Ministry of BUMN, Sandra Firmania.

Corporate Secretary of PT Pindad (Persero), Tuning Rudyati provided briefing and direction to all participants. Tuning gives enthusiasm to partners in running their business and so that the products they produce follow the times so they don't compete.

Tuning also explained the benefits of borrowing business capital from Pindad PKBL because the interest is low, only 3%. He reminded that this business capital must be returned gradually, so that the trained partners must be able to manage and manage their income and expenditure properly.

The material provided in the training included marketing to develop businesses, bookkeeping to learn to manage businesses with proper administrative order and motivation so that partners still have enthusiasm in carrying out their business.

Participants included in the training this time consisted of the Industrial sector (9 fostered partners), the Trade sector (10 fostered partners) and the livestock sector 1 (fostered partners). These partners are new partners who have never received / participated in training from PKBL since the 2016-2018 loan.

This training is a PKBL work program and is held at least once a year, is part of the development of BUMN in increasing its business capacity. The hope is that after the Partners are included in this training, they are able to practice in managing the business, have a spirit that never gives up, perseveres, and has the determination to develop the business.
