Shareholders are individuals or legal entities that legally own the company's shares. Shareholders do not intervene in the functions, duties and powers of the Board of Commissioners and Directors. The main and controlling shareholder of PT Pindad (Persero) is the Republic of Indonesia which owns 100% of the company's shares. Based on Law Number 19 of 2003 concerning BUMN, the Minister of BUMN acts as (GMS) in all shares of the Company owned by the Republic of Indonesia.

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of PT Pindad (Persero) consists of all Commissioners of the company who also serve as members of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
The Nomination and Remuneration Committee was formed based on the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of PT Pindad (Persero) Number: KEP / 02 / DEKOM / P / IV / 2020 dated 15 April 2020 concerning the Establishment of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of PT Pindad (Persero).

Through innovation and strategic partnerships, Pindad has made various achievements in various fields, both defense and industry by producing superior products including assault rifles, pistols, various caliber munitions, Anoa, Medium Tank Harimau, Maung, agricultural machine tools, excavators, and other various products. Pindad weapons and munition products have supported the TNI in winning various international shooting competitions over the years. Special vehicles such as Anoa and Komodo Pindad have also been used in various world peace missions in various countries.
