PT Pindad (Persero) Commemorates the 74th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia

All elements of the employees of PT Pindad (Persero) and its subsidiary PT Pindad (Persero) commemorate the 74th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia by holding a flag ceremony led by the Director of Technology and Development of PT Pindad (Persero), Ade Bagdja as Inspector of Ceremony in the main field of PT Pindad (Persero), Bandung (8/17).

The ceremony began with singing the march of PT Pindad (Persero) followed by the raising of the Red and White flag.

After raising the Red and White flag, the reading of the Proclamation Text was read by the Ceremony Inspector.

The theme of this year's Independence Day is "Excellent HR, Developing Indonesia!". The theme is interpreted with the spirit of nationalism to create the progress of the Indonesian state. Armed with innovation, quality human resources, and technology strengthening, PT Pindad (Persero) is able to make leaps and bounds of progress especially in the field of National Defense and Security to realize Indonesia's Excellence.

Determination of the theme of the Independence Day this year is very relevant to the current world situation which is developing rapidly and the 4th Industrial Revolution with the deepening of Globalization. Competition is increasingly sharp and global competition in various fields is increasingly fierce, so Indonesia needs to make progress and innovation. Improving the quality of human resources is needed to support Indonesia to compete globally. Likewise with PT Pindad (Persero), the spirit of progress and innovation is applied by building superior human resources and creating Innovative products to support Indonesia in the field of defense and security.

Before ending the Flag Ceremony activity, a corporate culture chant was held, the submission of the Company's PKBL scholarship program and the announcement of the winners of the unique inter-division artifact competition held on Friday, August 16, 2019.
