PT Pindad (Persero) Main Commissioner Introduction

PT Pindad (Persero) Main Commissioner position is now filled by a new name. General Budiman, who currently served as Kepala Staf Angkatan Darat (Chief of Indonesian Army) or KASAD was officially appointed as PT Pindad (Persero) new Main Commissioner and was officially introduced to PT Pindad (Persero) staffs. This event was held on January 6^th 2013 and took place at Auditorium Directorate Building. This event was attended by Board of Commissioner, Board of Director, and PT Pindad (Persero) high level officials. Also attended this event were the assistant of KASAD and Pangdam III Siliwangi.

The event was opened by PT Pindad (Persero) Preseident Director Executor Duty, Tri Hardjono who directly introduced the Main Commissioner to PT Pindad (Persero) Board of Director and high level officials who attending this event. He also congratulated and welcomed the new Main Commissioner. The Vice of Main Commissioner, Ali Yusuf was also introduced the member of Board of Commissioner and also the member of Audit Committee.

General Budiman said that his title as Main Commissioner of PT Pindad (Persero) wasnt his first experience because previously he had served as the Main Commissioner at PT Dahana (Persero). He also said he have had an ideals to make PT Pindad (Persero) as a great and independent company that supported by a great and serious teamwork to elevate company performance. Therefore, he gave a challenge to PT Pindad (Persero) to keep innovating to create a wide range of technology to achieve leading-technology by stealing knowledge from other parties. He also emphasized that the commercial products should be improved to support the income that came from military products.  

General Budiman was appointed as the Main Commissioner of PT Pindad (Persero) replacing the previous Main Commissioner, General (Rtd.) Pramono Edhie Wibowo based on Minister of State Owned Enterprises Decree Number : SK-417/MBU/2013. Hopefully, his hope to make PT Pindad (Persero) the main weaponry system company could be a commitment that always remembered and realized by all PT Pindad (Persero) employees. (Anggia)
