PT Pindad (Persero) commemorates the 76th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia

The Board of Directors and GM of PT Pindad (Persero) attended a ceremony to commemorate the 76th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia which was held online on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Pindad Head Office Bandung. The virtual ceremony was led directly by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo. The theme of the 76th Independence Day Commemoration Ceremony of the Republic of Indonesia is Indonesia Tough, Indonesia Grows.

The ceremony to commemorate the seconds of the Proclamation of Indonesian Independence this year must still be carried out online and maintain health protocols, given that the world, including Indonesia, still has to struggle to break the chain of the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

For this year, the Board of Directors and GM of PT Pindad (Persero) wear batik as a symbolic sign of Indonesian culture.

The ceremony was carried out twice, namely the Flag Raising Ceremony which was held at 10.00 WIB and the Flag Lowering Ceremony which was held at 17.00 WIB.
