PT PINDAD WINS 2 TOP CSR AWARDS 2022

PT Pindad won 2 awards at the Top CSR Awards 2022 event which was held on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at the Raffles Hotel Kuningan, Jakarta. The 2 categories include the Top CSR Awards 2022 #Star 5 and Top Leader on CSR Commitment 2022 given to the CEO of PT Pindad, Abraham Mose.

The Top CSR Awards 2022 was organized by TopBusiness Magazine in collaboration with several leading institutions in Indonesia and was attended by 160 companies throughout Indonesia. The assessment in the judging includes aspects of compliance with ISO 26000 SR as well as aspects of GCG as well as aspects of the alignment of the company's CSR program with the company's business strategy and competitiveness, CSR programs that are implemented to create mutual benefits (Creating Shared Value) for both the company and the community around the company, as well as sustainable development that supports the achievement of sustainable development goals.

Meanwhile, the award for the Top Leader on CSR Commitment 2022 category was given to the President Director of PT Pindad, Abraham Mose who was considered to have a high commitment in supporting the completeness of the system, governance and successful implementation of CSR in the company.

Corporate Secretary of PT Pindad, Krisna Cahyadianus representing the Board of Directors expressed his gratitude and pride for the election of Pindad to win 2 categories of Top CSR Awards 2022.

"Thank God we got 2 categories of Top CSR Awards 2022 #5 Star and Top Leader on CSR Commitment 2022. Hopefully this award can spur the improvement of CSR quality in providing benefits to society and the environment," he said.

In his remarks, the chairman of the organizing committee, M. Lutfi Handayani said that the Top CSR Awards 2022 is a prestigious award in the field of CSR which is attended by hundreds of companies.

"Congratulations to the winners, the  Top CSR Awards 2022 is the highest, largest in Indonesia given to companies operating in Indonesia and considered successful in implementing effective and efficient CSR which was participated by 850 companies. Hopefully this activity can encourage and improve quality CSR in solving our problems together," said M. Luthfi.

The Top CSR Awards 2022 event with the theme “The Responsible Company is a Key Strategy for Sustainable Business Growth” is carried out while still implementing health protocols such as wearing masks and maintaining distance.
