PT Pindad (Persero) implements the policy to continuously conduct construction and development of the company which are environmentally friendly by creating work environment which is safe, comfortable, and accident-free, preventing from illness caused by work and environment contamination.

Environment elements that are managed including:

·  Environmental preservation, such as flora and fauna

·  Flora and fauna observation area

Today, 60% of PT Pindad (Persero) area has been planted by variety of trees and green land, even some trees are the endangered species. Another interesting point is inside this harmonic environment, live 30 species of birds. Some of the birds are considered as the bird species which rarely live in the city. Those condition can attract the bird lovers such as students or the citizen to conduct an observation about the life of the birds.
